About Me

I’ve been working in high-tech for more than 15 years, in small and large companies. I started in development and architecture, than led teams, projects and finally development. I have founded a gaming start-up (which didn’t make it too far), and was a Product Manager at a few companies.

Since 2008, I’ve been helping development organizations improve their results by adopting Agile and Lean practices. I work with AgileSparks, Israel’s leading Agile and Lean coaching firm.

I focuses on management in an Agile/Lean world, working with companies to build new processes and a new culture.

I sees Agile/Lean not just as a development tool, and so I try to take it out of development by teaching Product and Program departments how to use Agile/Lean tools to respond quicker and more effectively to the changing markets.

I have an MA in Buddhism and East Asian Cultures as well two second degree black belts in the martial arts of Iaido and Jodo.

I am married, with twins (a boy and a girl) and I have two dogs.
